Although, the main responsibility for each inbound customer service agent is to provide live voice to handle customer calls, the company's agents also manage other inbound responsibilities including order taking and order processing tracking customer orders, conflict resolution for customer service related issues, verifying account information, and other customer service duties.
The company is seeking English speaking, Bilingual and multilingual customer service agents to service their clients' business needs. The company's technology enables agents to work from the comforts of their home through a secured portal. Calls are monitored for training and compliance and purposes.
Customer Service Representative
Our largest contract is expanding again! We are looking for 60 in bound customer service representatives to provide customer care to our largest contract, Rogers Communications.
As a customer service representative, you will schedule your own hours to work, answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries. You will work in the comfort of your home as calls are routed from Rogers Hub to you.
Free live online training is provided. Training is 4hr/day for four weeks unpaid. You must have a computer, high speed internet and strong computer skills. Pay starts at $11.35/hr plus incentives and bonuses. Base hourly rate can go up to $17/hr (based on productivity). You must be available to work at least 20hrs per week.
- Respond to customer request and ensure first time call resolution
- Achieves sales objectives by promoting and selling various products and services according to customers’ needs
- Soft sales skills required (sales ratio is only 2 out of 100 calls)
